Day 1: Amritsar - Lcoal Sighteeing & Wagah Border Tour
Arrive in Amritsar, transfer to the hotel, and check-in. Visit the Golden Temple and later visit the massacre of Jallianwala Bagh. Afternoon little free time to rest and evening around 3 PM drive to Wagah Border to see the Closing Ceremony, event starts at exactly 5.30 PM every day. Border closing 'lowering of the flags ceremony is a daily military practice that the security forces of India and Pakistan back to Hotel and Overnight.
Day 2: Amritsar - Dalhousie
Morning leaves for Dalhousie. Arrive and check in at Hotel. Proceed for local sightseeing in Dalhousie. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 3: Dalhousie to Dharamshala
Check out and drive to McLeodganj (Dharamsala), magnificently set to the background of the Dhauldhar mountains and the seat of his Holiness, the Dalai Lama, the leader of the Tibetans, since 1960. On arrival check in at the hotel. Evening visit Dal Lake, Church, Bhagsu Nag Temple, and Tibetan Monastery. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4: Dharamshala - Manali
The morning after breakfast drive to Manali. Arrive at Manali and check into the hotel. Evening at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 5: Manali - Local sightseeing
After breakfast local sightseeing in Manali “HADIMBA TEMPLE” Built-in 1553 with a superbly crafted four-tiered pagoda roof, it is famous for its exquisitely carved doorway. “CLUBHOUSE” The Club House with its comprehensive facilities that include a roller skating rink, an auditorium, billiards rooms, a library, a bar, and a restaurant makes a wonderful outing for the day.” Tibetan Monastery, Van Vihar, and “VASHIST” are Well known for their hot springs. There are old temples dedicated to the sage Vashisth and to Lord Rama.
Day 6: Manali to Shimla
After Breakfast check out from the hotel. Drive to Shimla. On the way visit Vaishno Devi Temple, Kullu, Sundernagar lake, and Pandoh dam. Upon arrival check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 7: Shimla Sightseeing
Today's breakfast proceeds for in and around sightseeing of SHIMLA, visit KUFRI, India's one of the best holiday paradises Kufri in Shimla is beautifully tucked at an altitude of 2,622 meters. The place is a tourist hotspot for its awesome scenic and sports activities. Evening free to stroll in the famous shopping place of Shimla town - “THE MALL & THE RIDGE” This large open space in the heart of town presents excellent views of the mountain ranges. Shimla's landmarks - the neo-gothic structure of Christ Church and the neo - Tudor library building - are worth seeing. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 8: Shimla to Chandigarh
After breakfast we check out from Shimla & proceed to Chandigarh. Visit Rock Garden - the lifetime dream of Mr. Nek Chand, Rose Garden, and Sukhna Lake. In time drop at Chandigarh Rly. Stn. / Airport for onward journey.
